Dongguan Chevron Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of overcurrent protection components, integrating R&D, production, and sales. Founded in 2004, formerly known as Dongguan Houjie Hongzhan Electronics Factory, the company boasts a 5000 square meter factory. Currently, the company collaborates with several international first-tier fuse brands for OEM manufacturing, and its own brand 'Chevron' is among the top in the domestic industry.
The company primarily produces current fuses, including disposable SMD fuses, square plastic-encapsulated fuses, glass tube fuses, ceramic tube fuses, automotive fuses, and high-voltage fuses. These products are mainly used in fast charging, power adapters, switching power supplies, LED drivers, LED lighting, home appliances, communication products, security products, electronic equipment, electric toys, energy storage, power batteries, charging pile systems and modules, and photovoltaic inverters. The products have obtained UL (USA), VDE (Germany), CQC (China), CCC self-declaration, PSE (Japan), and KC (South Korea) safety certifications.
The company has obtained ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification and ISO14001:2015 environmental management system certification. Its products comply with RoHS, REACH, and HF requirements. Relying on a comprehensive lean manufacturing management system, fully automated production lines, a complete testing laboratory, and a testing center, the company is committed to continuous improvement, development, and innovative management concepts to provide customers with the best circuit protection solutions.
